Waking up to a breakfast ready to go can be a lifesaver on those busy days! That’s why I love these overnight protein oats. Take a few minutes to prepare it the night before and you’ll have a delicious, protein packed breakfast ready to go as soon as you wake up!
Zach Morgan
Ingredients
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop BPN Vanilla Protein Powder
1 pinch cinnamon
½ cup oat milk
1 tbsp almond butter
½ banana, sliced
1 tbsp pistachios
Optional Toppings
Directions
Mix together oats and protein powder in a mason jar or Tupperware container. Mixing the protein powder into the oats first helps ensure it’s evenly distributed.
Stir in oat milk until evenly mixed.
Stir in almond butter. It’s ok if it’s not fully mixed.
Refrigerate overnight, for at least 12 hours.
Remove and top with whatever you’re in the mood for! I love this with banana and pistachios. Blueberries and lemon zest are another great option.
