Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions

Promotion Duration: This promotional offer is valid from December 26, 2023, 9:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) to January 31, 2024, 11:59 PM CST.

Eligibility: This offer is open to all customers who subscribe to a new product during the promotion period.

Discount Details: Eligible customers will receive a recurring 15% discount on all new subscriptions. This is an increase from the standard 10% subscription discount usually offered.

Subscription Cancellation: If a customer cancels their subscription and then renews it after the promotional period has ended (i.e., after January 31, 2024, 11:59 PM CST), they will not receive the 15% discount on their renewed subscription. Standard subscription rates will apply.

New Subscriptions Post-Promotion: If a customer uses the 15% discount to start a subscription during the promotional period and subsequently starts another subscription after the end of the promotional period, the promotional discount will not apply to the new subscription. The standard subscription rate will be charged.

Other Terms: This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The promotional discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits. Bare Performance Nutrition, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.

Customer Agreement: By participating in this promotional offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
