It might not completely cure your dehydration, but it’ll definitely help you survive to see another day!

Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
½ cup pineapple juice
½ tsp dried ginger
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 scoop BPN greens (lemon flavor)
1 scoop BPN electrolytes (salted watermelon flavor)
1 sprig fresh mint (plus more for garnish)
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a shaker bottle. Shake until well mixed.
Pour over ice. Garnish with an extra sprig of fresh mint.
Climb back into bed and drink up!
