Ingredients
1 Cup Oat Milk
4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Strong Greens
1 Scoop Strong Reds
1 Tbsp Blueberries
Directions
Pout oat milk into a jar or tupperware container.
Add chia seeds, greens, and reds.
Mix together until the greens and reds fully dissolve. Add blueberries and mix a little more.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with more berries, banana, or nuts. Whatever you’re in the mood for!
