Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp maple syrup
10 pitted dates
1 cup pecans
4 scoops BPN Cinnamon Roll flavored protein powder
Directions
Place the oats and pecans in a food processor. Blitz until ground up.
Add dates, maple syrup and protein powder. Blitz until it reaches a consistent texture. (You may have to add a little more syrup to get it to all stick)
Press into small balls about ½ inch thick. The dough will be VERY sticky right now so don’t worry about that. It will set in the fridge.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy!
