Buy Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein

Ingredients

1 scoop of BPN Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein
½ cup of oat flour
¼ cup of almond flour
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 cup erythritol or granulated sweetener
For toppings: 2 tbsp sugar or coconut sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F and coat a standard muffin pan with nonstick spray
Mix eggs, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract
Stir in the remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined
Pipe the batter into muffin molds and bake for 11-13 minutes
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle onto each muffin while still warm
