This is your life, and it’s ALMOST perfect, you just need one thing… Pumpkin Spice Protein Pancakes. Give this recipe a try and it will quickly become the best addition to your weekend (or weekday)!

Ingredients
0.5 Cup Pancake Mix
2 scoops BPN Pumpkin Spice Whey Protein
1 Whole Egg
8-12 Ounces of Skim Milk (or milk of choice)
0.25 Cup Sugar-free Maple Syrup
Directions
Pre-heat cooking pan to medium heat
Add all pancake ingredients (plus any optional add-ins) to bowl and gently mix until it’s a smooth, thick consistency
Spoon batter into pan to make 4 medium sized pancakes
All pancakes to cook for ~3 minutes per side, or until golden brown
Plate pancakes with optional toppings of choice and enjoy!
Recipe Note
Optional Add-ins (Mixed into batter):
Whole or Half Banana
1-2 Tablespoon Pumpkin Puree
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1-2 Teaspoon Honey
Optional Add-ons (Added on top of pancakes):
Peanut Butter
Cinnamon
Coconut Flakes
Whipped Cream
