Ingredients
1 Cup of Rolled Oats
1 Cup of Oat Flour
2 Scoops BPN Strawberry Whey
¾ Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 Fresh Strawberries
½ Cup Freeze Dried Strawberries, Crushed
½ Cup Shortbread Cookie, Crushed
Directions
In a food processor, blend oats, flour & protein powder until combined.
Add yogurt, vanilla extract & fresh strawberries to the food processor.
Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Fold in 1/3 cup of crushed freeze dried strawberries.
Take a TB spoon size of batter and roll into dough ball.
Roll in crushed shortbread cookie & freeze dried strawberry curmbles.
Refrigerate for 2 hours in airtight container before eating.
