Ingredients
2 Cups Oat Milk
2 oz Dark Chocolate, 100% Cocoa, chopped
3 Tbsp Sugar Substitute (like Swerve or Truvia)
¼ Cup Cornstarch
4 Scoops Vegan Chocolate Protein
1 tsp Cinnamon
4 Strawberries
4 Tbsp Chopped Pistachios
Directions
In a medium saucepan heat oat milk on medium heat.
Once warm add in dark chocolate and sugar substitute. Whisk until chocolate has melted.
Continue whisking while you add cornstarch, protein, and cinnamon.
Simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until it forms a smooth, consistent texture. Continue whisking regularly as it simmers.
Transfer to serving bowls, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Top with sliced strawberries and chopped pistachios.
