INGREDIENTS:⁣
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries⁣

- 1 tbsp. all-natural peanut butter⁣

- 1/4 cup #BPNsupps Vanilla Whey Protein⁣

- 2 tbsp. oats⁣

- 1 cup milk or milk substitute ⁣
