Ingredients
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 scoops BPN vanilla whey protein
½ cup sliced strawberries
⅔ cup raspberries
⅔ cup blueberries
Directions
In a large mixing bowl whisk cream using a hand mixer on medium speed until it starts to form soft peaks, about 6 minutes. A stand mixer would work well if you have one.
Add protein powder and mix for another minute or two on low speed, until you reach a consistent texture. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Start creating the layers by putting ¼ cup of sliced strawberries on the bottom of a glass. Top that with a layer of the protein whipped cream. Then make a layer of ⅓ cup of blueberries. Top that with another layer of whipped cream. The last layer is ⅓ cup of raspberries.
Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
