Blueberry Cobbler Sludge Bowl

Ingredients
1 Scoop of BPN Vanilla Whey Protein
½ Scoop of BPN Cinnamon Roll Whey Protein
4 Tablespoons of your choice of milk
¼ cup of cottage cheese
¼ cup of granola
2 Tablespoons of blueberry sauce (1 cup of blueberries. ¼ cup of water)
2 Tablespoons of cool whip
Drizzle of Honey
1 Tablespoons of almonds
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine protein powders. Add milk and mix until sludge texture has formed.
Add in cottage cheese and stir until combined.
If you have time, put the mixture in the freezer for 10 minutes.
While sludge is chilling, make blueberry sauce. Combine 1 cup blueberries and cup water in a pan on low heat. Cover & let simmer until blueberries start to reduce and break apart. Stir until you reach your desired consistency. Set aside.
Once sludge is chilled, add toppings. (Granola, blueberry sauce, cool whip, sliced almonds & honey.)
