One of my favorite dressings/dips to whip up is an avocado green goddess dressing! It’s simple, delicious, and can brighten up whatever you put it on. It also makes the perfect base to add some collagen to! The collagen blends right in so you can feel good about getting that extra healthy boost. Use the green goddess for a salad, on top of a bowl, or as a dip for some veggies!

Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup greek yogurt (plain, nonfat)
1 medium avocado
2 bunches green onion
1 bunch fresh basil
1 tsp garlic powder
2 scoops Collagen Protein
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into a blender and mix on medium speed until it reaches a smooth texture.
If it’s not fully mixed then you may need to add a little more olive oil.
That’s it. I told you it was easy!
Scoop it on top of a bowl or mix up a salad.
You can refrigerate it for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
