Ingredients
1/2 cup (60g) Whole Wheat Flour (or oat flour for gluten free)
1 scoop BPN Fruity Cereal Whey Protein Powder
1 Whole Egg
1/2 cup Milk or Almond Milk
1/4 cup (60g) Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup (40g) Fruity Cereal
Sweetener to Taste*
1 scoop BPN Fruity Cereal Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup (60g) Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Milk or Almond Milk
2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil (or butter)
15g Erythritol Sweetener (optional depending how sweet you want the glaze)
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup (40g) Fruity Cereal (for topping)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix flour, protein powder, salt, baking soda, and sweetener in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together egg, milk or almond milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Gently stir together until a smooth batter forms. Fold in fruity cereal.
Pour batter into a piping bag or gallon ziploc bag and fill donut baking sheet.
Bake 350F for 8-10 mins.
Allow protein donuts to cool before adding frosting.
Mix all frosting ingredients, except for fruity cereal, in a bowl. Whisk together until smooth and no clumps of protein powder.
Add fruity cereal to a plate or bowl. Dip each cooled donut in frosting, then in fruity cereal. Enjoy!
