Dan Churchill is a good friend of the BPN team and we are pleased to share one of the recipes that he has included in his new cookbook, Eat Like A Legend. Ingredients
1/2 cup milk, plus more if necessary
1 frozen banana, roughly chopped
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 Scoop of BPN Vanilla Whey Protein
1 cup frozen unsweetened acai puree (optional)
½ cup strawberries, trimmed and sliced
½ cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 TBSP almond butter
2 TBSP coconut flakes
¼ cup granola

Directions
Pour the milk into a blender, then add the banana, and then the berries along with BPN protein powder. Blitz until smooth, gradually adding more milk if needed to help it blend.
Pour into your bowl. Top with strawberries, kiwi, almond butter, coconut flakes and granola.
