Pre Workout Gummies

Ingredients
1 cup water
2g (1tsp) Agar Agar Powder
1-3 scoops of Flight, depending on how strong you want them
Directions
In a small pot combine water and agar agar powder.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and whisk in Flight. Make sure you do this while it’s still hot because it will start to set as soon as it cools to room temp.
Pour into a silicone mold (ice cube molds work well).
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or as long as it takes to set.
Pack your gym bag and get ready for that pre workout to hit!

Agar Agar powder is a great plant based substitute for gelatin. Instead of coming from fish, it comes from seaweed, allowing you to make vegan friendly treats! For this recipe I used the powder version, but you can also buy it as flakes. The powder just dissolves easier and faster.
