It's time to turn your protein powder into a protein powerhouse sludge bowl, that uses a few select ingredients and can be whipped up in minutes. This will quickly become a staple in your diet and will leave you feeling fueled and strong.

Ingredients
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Flaxseed
1/2 cup Milk/Almond Milk
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Raw Honey
1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
2 tbsp Toasted Un sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Banana (sliced)

Directions
1. Start by adding the Whey Protein Powder, Vegan Protein Powder, Cacao Powder and Flaxseed to a bowl.
2. Add the Milk/Almond Milk and mix until a thick consistency. It should be between a paste and a pudding. You can add or subtract the amount of milk/almond milk based off personal preference of consistency.
3. Top with Natural Peanut Butter, Raw Honey, Toasted Unsweetened Coconut Flakes and Cacao Nibs.
4. Slice the Banana and place on top with the other toppings.
5. You can either mix it all together and keep the toppings on top to grab a little bit of everything with each bite.
6. Enoy!
