If you’re like me and love your morning coffee, then you’ll love this whipped foam on top! It’s creamy and full of collagen. It also refrigerates well so you can make enough for the week and have it ready to go. I’ve written up the base recipe, but you can play around with the flavors. Make something seasonal or just play around with whatever sounds good. I’ve given some suggestions, but let us know what you come up with! Skip the store bought creamer and make this instead!

Ingredients
1/4 cup oat milk
1/4 cup coconut milk (canned)
1 scoop Collagen Protein
Directions
Add the oat milk and collagen to a bowl or large glass. Use a handheld frother to blend together.
Add coconut milk and whatever your desired flavors and continue to froth until it foams up.
Top your coffee with the foam! You can also refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks, but you may need to re-froth it after a week.
Enjoy!
