The free shipping promotion is only for items added on subscription. One-time-purchase items are not eligible for the promotion.
If I add an item to my existing subscription, will my entire subscription have free shipping?
No, only the items you subscribe to during the promotion period will have free shipping. Subscriptions that do not have the free shipping promo applied cannot be combined with the subscriptions that have it.
If your entire subscription order totals over $99, you will still receive free shipping regardless of the sale.
How can I get the free shipping with my 20% discount?
You cannot stack both promos. If you want to keep the 20% discount, you will need to keep your subscriptions as is. If you'd like the free shipping you will need to unsubscribe and resubscribe.
What if I already get free shipping with my subscriptions?
No need to cancel and resubscribe if your subscription already meets our free shipping eligibility (subtotal over $99).
How can I get free shipping on my current subscription?
You can get free shipping on your current subscription if the free shipping product is scheduled to process with your current subscription and/or if your subscription order is over $99 on the day it ships (before taxes).
