Order tracking says my order was delivered,
but it's not here, what do I do?
FOLLOW THESE 3 STEPS
STEP 1
Fairly often the packages have still been showing up, whether through the postal carrier or through a neighbor. We ask our customers to please wait at least 3 business days before we deem the package lost.
STEP 2
The carrier’s tracking page may also contain more information about where specifically they left the package. Check to see if there is a 'Proof of Delivery' photo.
STEP 3
If the package is missing for more than 3 business days after the status was updated to “delivered,” and you can’t find it around your home, please contact our team here. Please include your order number and full shipping address. Rest assured BPN will ensure you receive what you paid for.
