Taste is great, definitely has that protein taste but not in a bad way. Unless you yourself don’t like that flavor in general don’t imagine a chocolate shake flavor. Personally though I LOVE protein powders and don’t mind that little after taste. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking to replace those late night meals or fatty meals in the middle of you’re day.

The taste was okay, I got the cinnamon roll flavor and it didn’t really taste like a cinnamon roll and it made my stomach hurt even taking half the serving, I’ve only used it like 3 times and everytime I used it my stomach would hurt, so the taste was mid and it hurt my gut. So would i recommend the cinnamon roll flavor strong food, probably not. Maybe the chocolate one taste much better but I doubt it would make my stomach hurt any less

I love taking this in the middle of the day as an added meal. I’m not very picky about supplements in terms of taste so I just take it with water. I think if you mixed with something else you’d have more flavor from it. Love the convenience of it to get the added nutrients

Im newish to fitness, and wanted to have a healthier breakfast. And this is what I was turned on to. At 470 calories, it fills me up and I feel good about what Im consuming!
The taste is ABSOLUTELY incredible. It taste like the dough part of a cinnamon bun. I actually add a shot of espresso in it, and then put it in the fridge over night. And it thickens up a bit. It's sooooooooooo good!
