Endopump is a muscle pump enhancer, which means that it increases the volume of the muscles that are being trained. Normally, as you are training specific muscle groups there is an increase in blood flow and vasodilation. Endopump increases the amount of blood and oxygen delivered to the working muscles, which provides a greater pump. This increases your resistance and endurance training performance and moves more nutrients into the muscles being trained.

Endopump does not contain caffeine or any other stimulants.

Even though Endopump should be used pre-workout, it is not necessarily a complete pre-workout supplement.
