CherryPURE® contains potent antioxidants called anthocyanins, which give tart cherries their deep, dark color and provide numerous health benefits. Instantized L-Leucine (as AminoBlast®)
Out of all the amino acids, leucine is the most potent activator of protein synthesis. It has been shown to promote muscle recovery, aid in muscle building, and prevent muscle degradation. AminoBlast® technology improves its functionality and application performance.†
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
LCLT has been shown to reduce muscle damage produced by high-intensity resistance training. LCLT supplementation may increase androgen receptors. The androgen receptor signaling pathway is essential for the appropriate development of skeletal muscle. Androgen receptors regulate increases in lean muscle mass, strength, and protein synthesis.†

I was looking and trying many supplements to aid in my recovery. This is the best one so far and the difference are noticeable. I workout twice per day, morning fasted cardio and evening weight training. I do this 4 to 5 days per week. I was struggling by the third day. Now that is no longer the case. I can do my 5k and squat or deadlift 405 and not feel like the grave is calling my name.

I did not know I needed this until I took it. Now I can't imagine not having it. The taste is something that is taking me a while to get used to because you can definitely taste the tart cherry. I was a big fan of the Intra Flight / Branched-Chain Amino Acids and was skeptical about "Recover" but it does really work great. I found, especially at age 57, I bounce back faster after a hard workout and ready to go again the next day where before I might have to wait a day or two. Mixing it up and letting it set until I finish my workout really seems to enhance the flavor compared just mixing it and drinking it right away. I defiantly recommend giving "Recover" a try!
