Definitely go up 1-2 sizes. I’m 5’8” 155lbs and my measurements said the medium was right fit but ended up being way too tight. Customer support was excellent and got me a large even before refunding the medium. Been using for a couple months and no more knee pain. Pads have loosened up a hair and fit is perfectly tight now. Pattern design is dope too.

Love how these two collaborated! I love anything BPN, so this was a must for me. I can't go a leg day without these knee sleeves. It did take me awhile to get the size right even after measuring. I originally ordered a LARGE based off measurements but it was way too tight! Exchanged for an EXTRA LARGE but it still wasn't going past my shins even after watching videos on how to properly put them on. Exchanged one more time for an EXTRA EXTRA LARGE and they finally fit! They are nice and snug and get the job done. Highly recommend but definitely go up a size or two.

This company is phenomenal. I found Nick Bare on Instagram a while back and decided that a hybrid athlete was the way to be. Bought some G.1.M. and learned I could run a marathon! Used the Go gels and it held me down! Now I’m strengthening my knees for the next round and I bought the sleeves. Turns out they run small and I fit a 2xl which was a surprise to me because I bought a large. The team sent me the right size straight away, even suggested I go two sizes up based off my experience and couldn’t have been more accurate. Sleeves are great and strong support, they really keep you in range! Love this company and will support and promote them every chance I get! Go one more!

Everyone was saying to size up so I went up one size but they didn’t fit over my calf so I ended up going up two sizes from the true size I should be based on my measurement. Other wise these have been great knee sleeves, love using them!

I bought these after using the old SBD's for about 3 years. I did not size up, as I was hoping for a more snug fit than what I had with the previous pair of sleeves.
I've had about 4 sessions in them so far and they have done well. The only noticeable thing different from my previous sleeves is that they feel a little rougher on the back part of my knee. This also might be because of the tighter fit. I don't have to much to compare to as I've only had 2 pairs of sleeves before these.
All in all, they are doing the job and I have no complaints. For reference, I'm 5'7, 295 lbs with larger calves and larger quads.

They are very thick! That’s good! But the one size up is definitely not enough. I’d say go maybe like 2 or 3 sizes up. The 3xl sizes I was able to barely get them on and it was definitely difficult but they tight around my calves and knee so that’s a good. I might have to switch to the 4xl. Because it feels like they are cutting off circulation at the bottom. And I didn’t think I had calves like that lol.
