Our Process
Before we even start manufacturing products we begin with testing. Each vendor we source from must pass a qualification program set in place by our GMP-certified manufacturer to ensure each raw ingredient's quality and safety. All raw ingredients that arrive to our manufacturing facility must pass identity testing before they can be used in our products. Upon completion of production, and before the supplements are shipped to our warehouse, they are tested for heavy metals, microbiological contaminants and other substances that may be harmful to your health. Once they pass and receive a certificate of analysis, the product is then cleared to be shipped to our facility.
When the products land at the BPN HQ (Round Rock, Texas) they immediately go into quarantine, a specific area of our warehouse that ensures the product isn't sold to our customers until it passes yet another stage of testing. At this stage, we send off the product to our banned substance testing lab - Informed Sport (Lexington, Kentucky). Finally, after completing and passing all stages of the testing process, our product then becomes available to you.
What We Test
Before our products are shipped to us, they undergo testing at our NSF-certified manufacturer. Our manufacturers test for heavy metals and microbiological contaminants. The United States Pharmacopeia developed documentary standards for reference that dietary supplements get measured against. If the products do not pass, they do not get sent to us. We test for heavy metals, microbiological contaminants, and specific allergens.
All of our supplements are sent to Informed Sport, where they undergo testing for banned substances before they become available to you. Informed Sport is a global independent supplement testing and certification program designed to test supplements for elite athletes and drug-tested personnel. It is the only global certification program that tests every single batch of product before it's released to the market.
Informed Sport tests products against the various prohibited substance lists, including, but not limited to, WADA, NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, PGA, LPGA, WTA, NCAA, and USADA. Testing includes over 250+ prohibited substances in sport. When an athlete sees the Informed Sport quality mark, they can know it has been tested to the highest of standards. With Informed Sport, you can be confident your reputation is in safe hands.
Every batch of product is heavy metal tested according to levels set in place by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP.) The USP is a governing body that has been ensuring the quality and safety of medicines, food, and supplements for 200 years.
Similar to heavy metal testing, every batch of product is tested for microbiological contaminants against standards set in place by the USP. Microbiological testing gives customers peace of mind against infectious and toxic materials such as yeasts and molds, a significant and often-overlooked threat to dietary supplements.

Our GMP-certified manufacturer provides us with a certificate of analysis (COA) upon completion of every product.
